    Cheaply made

    Well I bought the cvs brand liners because most cvs products are great and lower priced compared to name brands. I took the backing off and the product didn't stick to panties. Thought perhaps the first one was no good which happens, the whole package was the same. Didn't stick. Never had a problem with tampons, but would stay awY from cvs brand pads and liners.
