My current vitamin routine contains magnesium and my dr didn't want me taking to much. But my aunt said she loved how it made her feel. And it didn't taste bad either. Great Addition to Supplement Regiment

My blood pressure seemed to improve by 5-10 numbers systolic (top number) which should make my provider happy at my next physical. Great magnesium supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This magnesium glycinate supplement works very well. I feel like I have better mood and better sleep. It also helps keep your bowel movements pretty regular. I haven't had any side effects from it. The only thing bad I could say about it is that the pills are huge. Step up your health game

Not sure if it’s working.
