[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after doin some research and finding out that most of us are magnesium deficient so I definitely had to get these. I can definitely tell that I've been taking them my muscles hasn't been so tense and I honestly haven't had any cramps or spasms which is amazing cause I've been sleeping a lot better. Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite happy with this product. It is effective from what I have experienced so far. I have taken it before bedtime and feel well rested. I like the fact that the packaging is not wasteful, that is important to me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used magnesium in the past and was excited to try this product. I primarily have used magnesium for sleep, so I tried taking this at night. It did help with sleep. It also helped me stay "regular" when it came to using the bathroom. The only thing I did not like was the size. Very effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are effective and offer a good amount of magnesium glycinate. I've been taking them for about a week. My only complaint is that these are very large pills. See them compared to a quarter. It makes them hard to swallow sometimes. But, I'm also not great with pills in the first place. HUGE, but effective!

That aside, I've been taking as directed for almost 3 weeks, and I'm noticing a reduction of anxiety and even an improvement in my quality of sleep!
