They are very large pills and you do need to take two per serving. Large Tablets

I have heard good things about adding magnesium for multiple health issues including heart health and was happy to receive ones developed by doctors. These pills are gluten and soy free which is great for those who require those dietary needs. I did find this pill to be on the larger side and recommend taking the tablets individually as they are a bit hard to swallow. I did not notice any weird smell or after taste, and I also did not have any side effects after taking this magnesium. Nice Magnesium Pills
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a magnesium supplement to add to my diet as I have heard that it is good for bone health, migraines, anxiety, and cardiovascular health among others. I found the product to not really have any taste and the pills were pretty easy to swallow. One thing that I wasn't a fan of, was the need to take two pills to get the daily recommended dose of magnesium. I already take enough pills and to add two more to supplement my diet, it makes me want to look at other options where I may be able to only take one.
