Taste awful! Super bitter and tart!
I take this vitamins every morning and they are the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. There is no other type of medication that I can take due to the dosage being the correct size that I need. Yet I dread taking them every morning. And if you think I'm over reacting I'm not, trust me! My advice for the company would be to make vitamins so that you may swallow like pills, or to change the flavoring to make a more appealing and less bitterly flavored taste.

They STAIN teeth!!!
I am an adult female. I had been taking these for a few weeks as recommended by my doctor to help with iron deficiency. ( He said iron pills can be large and uncomfortable to swallow) I unfortunately, have noticed a grey stain on my teeth that I have been unable to brush off. When I researched this, I found this chewable vitamin can definitly cause this! Wish there was a warning on the label!!! I will see my dentist tomorrow and hopefully get this stain removed. I dont know if they were working for me or not. Can they be crushed and mixed with something to avoid chewing and the stain????
