Surprisingly good flavor

I wasn't too sure about the Smoked Old Fashioned flavor at first-it's definitely unique-but it actually tastes really good. Kind of like a smooth, smoky caramel. Now I look forward to it every day. I've been taking these for about a week and I can already tell they're doing something. I'm training for a half marathon, and my runs have felt noticeably easier this week. I also feel more mentally dialed in during the workday (less brain fog, more focus).
