Rollers Rock!
I've been using a hard plactic palm massager with stationary round massage "balls" and I thought that was the bomb, but not any more. The Gaim hand held massager with the 3 rolling massage balls rocks! With the plastic massager I need to wear yoga pants in order to smoothly massage my quad, glutes & and hamstring muscles. With the Gaim roller, it glides right over those areas and allows for a deeper massage and reaches the more difficult areas a foam roller can't around the delts, traps, and calf muscles.
