Clean and simple!

No unnecessary ingredients or false claims, just something that feels and looks good! This Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water with Vitamin C did exactly that. I could tell how easily it removes dirt, oil and makeup, and I also appreciated the brightening effect of the Vitamin C. makes skin dry

This is a new variety with citrus infusion.IT does cleans out the stuburn waterproof makeup.They work wonder for removing the M Matte ink lippies.
