We purchased this product about a month ago. Didn't open it until today. It has a very foggy stringy substance in it. It doesn't expire until the end of the year. I would not give it to my kids because it didn't look to safe. We have used other Genexa products before and never had the issue before. Not a fan of it

Mom AND Kid Approved!
It's already cold and flu season in my household, and as a Genexa user, I was grateful for the chance to give this Kids Pain & Fever medicine to my children. They both loved the cherry flavor, and I love that there aren't any artificial ingredients, just organic and natural flavors. With 160 mg of acetaminophen, it definitely helped reduce their fevers and help relieve other symptoms as well. This product has joined our household's lineup of quality products from Genexa, and I highly recommend it to parents everywhere. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. It works perfectly
This medicine is effective after first dose like any other pain and fever reducer medicine but this is free from artifical colors and dyes and this is a great plus for the kids' medicine. A great option.
I struggle with getting my kid to take liquid medicine, this is one of the first times she has taken it and not immediately spit it out. Although she was still hesitant I will count it as a win. We are trying to move away from artificial dyes and flavorings so I am excited to find more products that lean into that. Clears up fevers fast
