    New formulation is awful!!!

    I've been using this product for years but i cannot abide the new scent that's been added-its horrible and overpowering and smells like a cheap dollar store vanilla candle. Plus the scent stayed in my hair even after washing with a clarifying shampoo. Ive tried many new gels and will keep trying other brands because I absolutely cannot use this any longer.

    New Formula is horrible

    The new formulation is terrible~ I've been using this product for over 10 years and it was absolutely the best product out there for my curls. The new formula is awful (Curl Defining Gel vs old Clearly Defined Gel). It leaves my hair dry and brittle, and doesn't have the same hold that the Clearly Defined Gel did. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA PLEASE!!!!!

    The ONLY thing that works with my hair!

    I've tried it all in my 55 years of life. Hands down this is the only product that consistently works with my hair - this pic taken day two after I slept on it. For 8 hours. My only problem is it's getting harder and harder to find locally in stores. I like the convenience of being able to just pick it up when I need it vs. order online and pay for shipping.
