Come out defective

Mousse turned to liquid
This is the second time I've bought the product and after a couple of weeks it comes out as liquid not mousse - very disappointing (and messy!) Buy another product
I used MAYBE 6 times and no longer had mousse, but liquid. For weeks, I have been trying to use it by putting the liquid in my hands and quickly applying to my hair before it all spills out. Who knows if it really works, but I'm trying to give it a fair chance. I'll be glad when it's gone and will not buy again.Hace 4 añosOh no - that doesn't sound right to us! Why do you change a great product
I used this product for years. I loved it. It was great. Then came a package change and way, way too much fragrance and the product no longer works. Please change it back. Great product. Poor quality control.
I've used this product for years. It's always worked well for me til recently. The problem is that the last 2 times out of 3 times I've bought it, I got only about 1/4 of the way through the product and it's out of gas. So instead of a nice mousse that is easy to distribute through my hair, I have a liquid mess. When it happened once, it's an aberration. Twice, there is a quality control issue.
