Changes have ruined quality.
The last couple of boxes of kleenex ultra soft are totally different from what it has always been. Very poor quality - thinner, smaller. It feels like it's about single ply. The new boxes are also hideous. Kleenex attached to each other.
I have been buying Kleenex trusted care tissues for several years. I usually buy the rectangular boxes with 160 sheets. Unfortunately, in the past few months the tissues are coming out of the box attached to each other, instead of singly as the should. This is especially common when the box is less than half full. This has resulted ina waste of tissue, as well as things getting knocked over as the tissues are not releasing from the box. Are you aware of this problem? If so, do you have plans to fix it?
