Tissues become disconnected from their folds causing to have to dig out the next one. Changes have ruined quality.
The last couple of boxes of kleenex ultra soft are totally different from what it has always been. Very poor quality - thinner, smaller. It feels like it's about single ply. The new boxes are also hideous.
