What have you done to your ultra soft tissues? I've been using them for years, buying the multi packs a few times each year. I bought a new pack in November as we were getting low due to sinus infections. We'll, we were all sick again at Christmas and opened the new pack. These tissues feel like generic tissues! They are not the "ultra soft" tissues that ive been buying. I have a box of the older ones in my car, and there is no comparison between the two. The old ones are "ultra soft", and the new ones are rough as sandpaper! Defect in production

Tropical box design
I like the product, but do not like the box design.
