Useless flawed pump design
While I'd love to give the cream itself a high rating I can't actually get it out of the pump! The pump stopped working after a week. You can even open the top to try to transfer it to a usable container. Also the product hardens in the nozzle so every morning when I pump it out, a hardened piece comes out first. What an absolute waste of money and product and I would never recommend this until the put it in a container or fix the flawed pump design.Reply from L'OrealHace 2 mesesHi Terlato. !
