When I was breastfeeding I had gotten mastitis and the heat from these was so therapeutic it helped unclog my milk ducts. And it was such a relief! I had received this as a baby shower gift and have only used it a handful of times as cold packs. All the liquid leaked out from it. MUST ADD TO BABY REGISTRY
I thought i wouldnt need these and never added them to my registry. I went through my first month being fully engorged and dealing with clogged ducts. I immediately went out and bought these. Great for breastfeeding moms

So helpful during my breastfeeding journey
I was given these for my first pregnancy and it helped so much when I was engorged. It is so easy to use. I love that it can be used for both as a hot & cold compress. A Must Have for Breastfeeding and Pumping
I've used these for over a year - both hot and cold. I actually keep one at room temp (for heating only) and one in the freezer (for cooling) and place the cloth covers on prior to use. I prefer to use them cold, while pumping, especially if I can feel a clog/lump forming. I find relief before the end of my pumping session. Great relief.
These are great for breast-feeding mom to keep in the freezer for those days where you just need relief. They really do come in when you are having a hard time whether it be from engorgement or your little one doing a number to your Tatas they aren't freezing cold they come with covers to put them in which are a nice and comfortable material and easy to stick in your bra to wear!
