Love these, I use them everyday before pumping to stimulate my milk glands and it is 10/10 and really nice for engorgement. I purchased this item to use as a cold pack after surgery. The beads warmed so quickly when held against my skin and therefore the packs were not helpful at all. I attempted to use them later on as a warm compress, but after ten seconds in my microwave (according to directions) the pack exploded. So soothing!

Breastfeeding tool
I did not love this item. I kept them frozen and did not feel like they stayed cold at all when I needed them.
