    Phone call streaming inoperable

    Paired aids fail to stay connected to smartphone, and fail to auto reconnect.

    Seem to perform as well as more expensive brands.

    I have found the hearing aids to be helpful, but still have trouble with understanding specific words at times. The clarity, not the volume, is the problem. That being said, my friends who use hearing aids, some who paid 4 or 5 thousand dollars, have the same issue, so I am satisfied that these are just as good as theirs. I do notice a raspy sound that I don't like, for example, when I tuck my hair behind my ear, or walk on an uncarpeted floor. And other sounds, like the crumpling of something like a potato chip bag, are unpleasantly loud and crackly.

    Lexie Hearing Aids, Best Choice-Best Value!

    Lexie Hearing Aid's have been the best choice that I could've made. Not only are they a great value, They are also a great product. Lexie Hearing provides not only all the materials needed to get you started but also all the support. The app for the hearing aids is easy to use fully customizable with all of the settings. Thank you, Lexie Hearing Your product has given me back. Those sounds that I thought were lost.

    Lexie B2 Plus Self-fitting OTC Hearing Aids

    I started with Lexie B1 Powered by Bose a while back. They were my first hearing aid. I found them easy to us and comfortable to ware. As with any new technology it was about a month of trying different settings. I have used them for about 2 years and very satisfied with The Lexie B1. In the past few months I purchased the B 2 Plus Hearing Aids. There was two reasons that lead me to buy this newer design . They have a rechargeable battery. This is a nice feature for two reasons. The new battery's for the B 1 came in a child safe container and was impossible for me to get them out of the container. The second reason of the upgrade was the use of Bluetooth with my phone. I do not have an Apple phone but they do work with my android. I like the charging case because it holds the hearing aid firmly in place during the charging cycle. I also like the auto tuning cycle based on your hearing test. I found it worked well in my case. The one negative thing I have found is when trying to remove the hearing aid from the charging case my fingers want to slip of the hearing aid. It may be because of my age and this time of year because my fingers are very dry and do not grip well. I am very please with the B 2 Plus Hearing aids.

    LexieB2+ a good purchase

    So far after a little over a month, I like my hearing aids. I have found that Lexi follows up with customers to see with that things are going well and whether you're having any problems. So far to date my only issue has been the battery in the right hearing aid tends to run out somewhat faster than the left. I am working with Lexie to resolve the issue and I am optimistic that they will do their best to satisfy by purchase of their hearing aids.

    Thanks to the cat!

    My cat destroyed my Lexie hearing aids. I upgraded to the B2 Plus and LOVE these!! Thanks Atticus (my cat).
