    Natural sound

    The hearing aids feel nice on the ear as well as sound very natural, almost as if my natural hearing returned to normal.

    Improve the Bluetooth interface

    I returned mine. Biggest issue is with the Bluetooth would not automatically switch to my vehicle when I got in the car. This resulted in incoming calls still going to my phone and not the car's audio system. This results in a dangerous situation. Lexie advised manually switching things when I got in the car and then again when I got out. Too much of a hassle for me. I remain happy with my Bose B1 version.

    Thanks for the help in connecting.

    I was having difficulty connecting my right hearing aid via bluetooth. The Lexie assistant was magnificent; his patient guidance through a long series of tests and trials was so helpful! And in the end, connection was made and the hearing aid has functioned splendidly.

    Great hearing aids at a good price.

    Great hearing aid. So much better than my old hearing aids. The Lexie B2 plus does a great job of filtering out background noise, which was one of my major problems. Based on my experience with them, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality hearing aids at a reasonable price.

    Worth it

    Would I recommend the B2 Plus for mild hearing loss?? Absolutely. The aids fit well, setup was easy and the sound quality was good. My hearing loss is much worse than a simple in the ear canal aid can support.

    The product was not what I hoped.

    I conducted my testing over three days. The first day, I took the hearing test which the documentation reads is used to calibrate the aids. Honestly, I could not tell a difference after inserting the aids vs. what I heard before I put them in. It did seem the sound had a slightly electric sound to it. I left them in all day and removed them when I went to bed that evening. Admittedly, I felt my ears were in worse shape after removing the aids; by that I mean they were in worse shape than before I put them in earlier that day. I repeated the process the next day with exactly the same results. The third day I was cantoring in a local Church. Admittedly, I was running late and couldn't repeat the hearing test. After inserting them, I felt the sound was exactly as the previous two days. It was not a good performance; I felt I missed the proper note to begin the hymns. I also made several technical errors. I don't know whether I had an off day or whether the hearing aids interfered. They didn't improve things, though. During readings and the homily, the hearing aids did not improve my ability to hear. I eventually got so frustrated that I removed the hearing aids and put them in my pocket. I haven't worn them since.
