I was only able to use this product one time because it completely fried my hair and turned it to straw! It’s been falling out and breaking off ever since and has gotten really thin. That was four months ago, and I’m still trying to find products to replenish moisture and bring back some shine! I have to apply coconut oil, whether my hair is dry or wet, in order to get my wide-tooth comb through my hair because it’s so damaged and tangled with no slippage anymore, even immediately after using conditioner a conditioning mask, which I always comb through and leave on for several minutes, and it takes me eight to ten minutes to get all of the tangles out because it just keeps tangling back! I already got several inches cut off to try to help, but I think I’m going to have to get more cut off. I’m not saying this can/will happen to everyone who uses this product, but I want people to know it could happen, because it happened to me with only one use, and it’s awful! Great for all hair types!
I'm white, but I do like to do big Dutch braids sometimes and this product is so nice, I feel like it protects my hair but also helps me grip my hair so it doesn't get so tangled while I try to braid. Also helps with fly aways.
