I was worried about that. You take one to two capsules a day with food is supports your immune system. Your milk production plus so much more. Another perk is helping both me and the baby with probiotics. Then, after about a week, I started taking two a day. They kept it so I had a good supply, but not to the point where I could pump extra like I was hoping for.
