[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely put this one to the test for my first wash, I was extremely sweaty and dirty from helping a friend move and my hair felt disgusting. I used 3 pumps as a first cleanse to get rid of all the sweat and dirt from my scalp, rinsed, and lathered up another 3 pumps to get a full and rich lather and to remove anything that was left behind. The scent is a bit strong, so if you are sensitive to fragrance this might not be for you, although once rinsed and dried it was a lot less strong. I was extremely pleased with this shampoo because I felt clean without feeling stripped or dry, as was the case with a lot of other shampoos I've used in the past. When paired with the conditioner, my hair was softer and less frizzy after first wash. Its good hair care.

My everyday shampoo
