Stupid requirementReviewed 5 months agoBottle lids are stripped
I had to use a butcher knife to open the bottles. The lids completely stripped. This was two in a row. Works for three or four hours
This consistently is effective at getting to sleep, but not staying asleep as it is advertised on the label. I’ve taken this for an entire month, and I consistently wake up after 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Works as advertised

Not many better than regular Melatonin

Woke up every two hours but couldn’t get up
So I took 10mg about 20 minutes before to go to bed. I didn’t sleep well and woke up every two hours. At 5 am I was ready to get up but I didn’t want to wake up my husband. I felt asleep around 5:30am and when my alarm went off at 7:00 I couldn’t get because I was too sleepy. Like now it was working. Half of the day I felt sleepy/ hangover , until after lunch then I was fine. Not for me for sure.11 months agoThank you for taking the time to post this review. We are so sorry to hear that our melatonin didn't work for you. Feeling groggy the next morning may be an indication that the dosage of Melatonin was too high. We would recommend decreasing how much you are taking if you continue to experience this and aren't getting a good night's sleep. Does not help me get tired at all
I have bad insomnia, and usually a simple olly gummy is enligh to put me to sleep. I decided to try a different brand out, one with a bigger dose, and this one seemed fine. It was not. It barely made me sleepy. I've noticed it also made me very drowsy in the morning hours after I've taken it. Either it is very delayed or just has a side effect that is more effective than the original product. It's sad. Wish it worked.11 months agoThank you for taking the time to post this review.
