    Too strong

    Couldn't take them. Cause stomach, cramps and nausea. Too strong. Too much something rather.

    Smaller capsule, please.

    Capsules are too large for me to swallow. Chopping them doesn't work.

    Nauseous

    Made me super nauseous. I've tried it with and without food and it made me immediately queasy. I did not have this same issue with the softgel capsule version.

    Adequate Multi

    This vitamin is good quality. Did cause some upset stomach during the first week of taking. Other than that, well balanced multi.
