    ¡Funciona!

    Originally purchased to help with peri-menopausal mood shifts. And it helped with that. It also helps with achy joints. Been using this about 9 years. It would be nice if it was less expensive, but I try to purchase when there's a deal.

    It's Nature Made SAM-e for Me.

    I've been daily taking Nature Made SAM-e for most likely over two decades now. I genuinely believe that it helps me in the ways that are claimed. I can envision myself taking Nature Made SAM-e 400 mg for upcoming decades. Again, it's Nature Made SAM-e for me!
