    Great product, does the trick. I have been using this brand since I was a kid. I would recommend, but I do think any brand would be reliable.

    This is my preferred

    This is my preferred type of melatonin to take! I find it helps me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep. The price is also very reasonable for this brand. Highly recommend this product for those who need a little help sleeping.

    It takes me half

    It takes me half n hr or so once I take this. I don't regularly use it. Only for some days when I get off of work late and am unable to sleep. I also take it during my flight for overseas, to help me adjust to the timing there.

    I try and take

    I try and take these about an hour or half an hour before I sleep as personally it takes a while for them to take effect. They don't really make me sleepy but they help me sleep uninterrupted.
