Tastes great!

First of all, you cannot taste the vinegar and my first thought was, "Is there really vinegar in these gummies"?. Just like the bottle says, no vinegar aftertaste. Tastes like gummy candy. I've been taking a gummy once a day but I am not sure what the benefit is to taking these.
