I have to wear this at work, in a factory for 8hrs and it actually has been very comfortable. Because of the material, It's not been extremely hot having it on. Although, It is kind of confusing to put on at first because it doesn't just hang around your neck, there is a strap that goes around your waist, that keeps the sling in place and keeps you from lifting your arm too high. Also, another cool feature, Your arm doesn't slid out of the sling because of two large loops that sit between your thumb and pointer finger. Not only does it offer the support that a healing arm needs, but it also doesn't make the wearer uncomfortable! Life Save

It's cushioned and part mesh so air flows easily. Works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better than the sling provided by the hospital (at a much reduced fraction of the cost). The only issue I found was trying to get this to fit on a smaller frame. I wish they offered different sizes for different body types to get a better fit. Other than that, it works well and I would recommend. It even folds up to a rather small size for storage for future use.
