The material is quality and most importantly comfortable. It allowed him to rest his arm and heal the muscle tear that he had. The sling that was given to him at the hospital was not fitting him comfortably and was driving him crazy. So I said let's try this one, and he was so more relaxed and comfortable with the way it fits. Good bye swamp arm

The Airflow Sling straps adjust with ease, providing the perfect amount of support without feeling constricting. I can even wear it over a light T-shirt without any chafing or digging. Plus, the finger loops and thumb ring keep my hand comfortably positioned, preventing that annoying claw hand look. slings aren't exactly known for their luxurious feel. But the Airflow Sling padding is soft and breathable, and the contoured design cradles my arm nicely.
