An affordable primer alternative
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try the Neutrogena modifying primer, with shine control, through the Home Tester Club program. I have been searching for a more affordable primer than the alternative ones I have been using from Bare Minerals. A little bit the Neutrogena modifying primer goes along way. I like that I can find it at the drugstore rather than having to order something online. The primer goes on very easily, is virtually odorless, and Gentle on my dry skin. I have noticed that my make up definitely looks better after using this primer from Neutrogena. Mattifying Primer

My skin can be finicky when it comes to trying new products, but I have always been in the safe zone with neutrogena products. This primer glides on so silky, smooth! It is nearly weightless on your skin, therefore it does not feel like nor does it clog your pores. It gives you just the right amount "primer" you are looking for. Lightweight primer, absorbs instantly
