[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start off by saying I am a fan of Neutrogena products. This one did not disappoint. I am an avid user of primers, and this is one of my favorites. It definitely felt more like skincare upon application. It moisturized my skin, and absorbed nicely, giving my skin a smooth even canvas. There was no greasiness or heaviness to my skin. It did not flake or pill when applying makeup. When it came to performance throughout the day, I didn't see a large difference in how long my makeup stayed put for the positive or negative. Where I saw the biggest difference was upon removal. Works Well

great mattifying primer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you so much to Home Tester Club for allowing to be try the Neutrogena Mattifying Primer in exchange for a fair and honest review. This non-comedogenic makeup primer is an oily person's dream! It contains niacinimide, so it not only preps the skin for makeup that stays put, it helps to mattify and reduce the look of shine, blur the appearance of pores and visibly smooth skin texture. It Is a lightweight formula that goes on easily with my fingers and that absorbs quickly and completely; it feels like nothing is on the skin. Foundation and concealer go on smoothly and easily without any issue. When all is said and done, makeup looks fantastic with this primer underneath! The skin underneath has a subtle blurred appearance, which makes the makeup on top look quite lovely. It also mattifies beautifully, keeping oils and shine at bay for me for up to six hours on an average day and keeping my makeup looking fresher for up to ten hours. Solid Primer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This primer worked well. It was gentle and didn't cause any breakouts. A small amount goes a long way and the product glides on easily. It's quite mattifying, even after using moisturizer beforehand. I applied the primer with my fingertips and then my foundation with a cream brush. Not worth it

Not a fan!
