Cumple mis expectativasDe 5Mask would be fine if you can get it on
The packaging is terrible. I opened the package and the top half of the mask fell out into a tangled blob. It was not on the backing sheet, even while it was in the packaging. You could tell it was all folded up on itself. Once I took out the rest of it, the bottom mask also immediately slipped off the paper that you were supposed to use to position and Apply it. By the time I got them on, and who knows if they were the right side to my skin, most of the product was gone. Sensational Face Mask
Made my face very nourished and soft. There was ample product on the mask. Felt very cool and moisturizing on my face. The only problem I have is taking it ou of the pkg and opening up the sheet to put on my face. I can never get it started to open the sheet up. Charged even after canceling
Honestly, this review is regarding the post purchase experience and principle, not the product itself. I used a 5.00 off Neutrogena coupon. One mask was about $3.59. My balance was zero after the coupon, so I added another mask. My balance was roughly $2. I was notified only one was available and I owed $1.19. Not sure why since my coupon covered the cost for one. I attempted to cancel so that I could use the coupon at another store. After calling customer service, the rep stated I would see the refund in 24-48 hrs. I inquired about the coupon and she stated she could honor the price. I declined as feel I shouldn't have been charged since the coupon covered the cost of the single mask. The end result is that she showed the item as picked up and I never received the refund.
