Not bad for home.
This is my second unit. It is replacing the exact same one I purchased a couple of years ago. It works well and is easy to use. You should take it to your Dr. and have it's results checked against the Dr.'s reading. The cuff fit my wife better than myself. It started to give us error codes and became a bit inconsistant, so we replaced it. The new one is fine and should give us a couple of years service. We use it guite a bit and I think that's why it only lasted a couple of years. Overall, a good product.
