I love Puffs. However, in the last year or so I've noticed they are not stacked well. Sometimes I get a tissue, other times I get five. It happens part way through and also at the end. If everything goes according to plan, when you pull out a Puffs tissue, only one should come out at a time, and it also lifts another up with it. Essentially, there should always be a tissue at the ready. Try and make sure you grab the edge of the tissue only and a steady even pull is the best way to get one tissue at a time. Also due to humidity variations the first few tissue from a new box may result in getting more than one tissue at a time. We do also run all out tissues and boxes through strict quality controls to ensure packing is done correctly. We hope these tips help, and if they don't, we'd love to help further with this issue. Folded tissues in bottom of box
I've long appreciated the quality of Ultra Soft Puffs tissues. However, over the past year, I've noticed that in the rectangular 124-count boxes, the bottom half of the tissues are consistently folded. This raises concerns about whether the full quantity is being provided. Has there been a change in quality control or cost-cutting measures? Product is good. / Box design is hideous.
I had used Kleenex brand and Puffs (Ultra Soft versions) interchangeably over many years. A couple of years ago, Kleenex decided to use loud, infantile box designs. I stopped buying Kleenex in favor of Puffs precisely because of this. Now, it appears that Puffs has copied Kleenex with hideous box designs. Decent
Love these ones they're so soft and work perfect. Pricey for the money I'll get it if it's the only one around but price alone I usually choose some cheaper. I usually wait for a sale at one of my local grocery stores because they are more durable than other brands. Too “linty”
I've been using Puffs Ultra Soft tissues and overall, they're decent. The softness is definitely better than bargain brands - gentle enough for frequent use without irritating the skin. The value is OK for the price, and the box design is simple and fits nicely on a table or desk. That said, one downside is the lint. These tissues tend to leave behind noticeable fuzz, especially if you're wiping glasses, screens, or sensitive areas. It's a bit frustrating when you're trying to clean up and end up with bits of tissue left behind. If you're mainly using them for light nose-wiping or dabbing eyes, they'll do the job. But if you want something truly lint-free, you might want to look elsewhere.Reply from puffs.comHace 3 mesesWe're sorry to hear this, but we're glad you wrote. There can be one of two causes for excessive lint. First, the softness is directly related to the amount of lint; meaning, the softer the toilet paper, the more lint there will be. The second cause is lint builds up on paper manufacturing lines. In this case, we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint in an attempt to reduce the chances of it happening. Hard to use this product
I still haven't figured out how to get the tissues out of the box. You have to cut the plastic and grab the tissue and all I get is torn tissues. Please make something easier to use. These are just the cube boxes. Not happy with product
I have used these for years and I have noticed they are getting thiner. Not worth my money I have to double up to use.
