USED TO BE my preferred tissue
I've used Puffs for decades. The quality has declined. Often there is only a single ply tissue, or one half folded, but every box purchased in recent months always has a small folded stack at the bottom. WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH THAT? At first I thought it was a fluke, but then it kept happening with every...single...box. Low quality for high price
I was willing to pay more for a tissue that was not rough. My latest purchase feels rough as the cheapest brand! Quality issues
The 2 ply becomes 0ne ply when pulled from carton. I’ve been buying Puffs for over 20 years.
I've bought cases the last few times. The packaging in the cubes are very frustrating in as much as they stop popping out half way through. You then have to dig and ruin the next few to get it restarted. I'm going to stop buying if this isn't fixed pretty quickly. After multiple strict controls to prevent this, we're disappointed to hear your tissues are folded improperly. Poor quality
I have used Puffs for years. Lately, I noticed the quality has declined. Now when you pull a tissue from the box, it's usually shreds of tissue. A wasted product. I will get several of these before I reach a usable tissue. Such a waste of money. A dispensing suggestion that might help is to grab the edge of the tissue only, then give it a steady, even pull to get one tissue at a time. Also, due to humidity variations, the first few tissues from a new box may result in getting more than one tissue at a time.
