I have owned several PURE products over the years. Most recently, I had an oil diffuser that stopped working properly (though when it was working, it was a great product). I emailed PURE customer service, who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement, although I no longer had my proof of purchase. No questions asked. Excellent diffuser
I’ve had this diffuser for a while now and it’s great! My office smells so good for a few hours and I always get compliments on it.
