Beware of Soy lecithin!
They put soy lecithin in their products now. I am so tired of seeing soy in so many things now, especially things that are supposed to be "good" for you. Soy lecithin is so bad for you, especially for women! I used to eat these a lot. I almost bought five boxes of them in the store (one of each flavor) but I am glad I looked at the ingredients just in case they changed something. Oh, and I hate that it says sunflower and/or soy lecithin. That is crazy and just plain ole weird. Kind of deceiving. Which is it? The best protein bar

Great Bar! My 16 year old loves them
