The crunchy cookie pieces give it a really good texture and make each bite feel more like a dessert. Even with 21g of protein, it still tastes light and easy to eat. Absolutely awful experience. Felt quite ill after eating and the flavor for the Cookie and Cream just tastes completely artificial.
