    Great tasting diabetic bar

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Type 2 Diabetic and a physician I am very careful about the protein bars I purchase. Until recently I was using a competitor's product. I was resigned to eating what tasted like cardboard to satisfy my nutritional needs and glycemic demands. And then I discovered Quest. I now have both the product my body needs AND bars that taste great. Looking forward to trying as many different flavors as possible over the next few months. Thank you Quest

    Claim to be NUT-FREE...

    Having tried several of the flavors, they do taste good; however, I found out the hard way that these are NOT actually NUT-FREE. Take a look at the ingredient list and you will find that MOST, if not ALL of the flavors, have ALMONDS in them! I have to eat "low residual" foods, which means that they are completely digested, or broken down, before the byproducts leave the body. Just wanted to point this out in case anyone is in the same situation as me, or has an allergy to nuts of any kind.
