Excellent for regularity!
I've battled issues with constipation all my life. During a recent visit with my GI Dr. for a colonoscopy, she suggested I take these daily at bedtime. I'd thought taking laxatives every day wasn't good, but she said that's a myth! I've never been happier!! I feel so normal going once a day…;)
