As someone who refuses to take pills or tablets, but also hates drinking liquid laxatives, these gummies get the job done! I'm a 5'01" woman, so I just take the recommended amount (4 gummies), wait 6ish hours, and then they usually start working. I have to admit that the cramping does get pretty bad, at least compared to taking the drink instead, but I still prefer taking these. Works fine as long as you take more than directed. Truly amazing how they got senna to taste so good and with no bad taste at all! The cramping is a bit bad but it doesn't last long, but that may be due to my eating the entire delicious bottle!8 users found this review helpful.
