    Lasted two weeks

    Doesn't get hot. It has two massage units and one stopped working after two weeks This thing was expensive so I thought it would work and it loud. Do t buy it

    Works well

    Really like it nice weight. Just with the 2 vibrating units were smaller. Hard to use the heating pad in a sitting position sitting all the way back. They are not comfortable.

    Too narrow,

    I returned this item, too narrow and not as comfortable as I had expected. The picture is deceiving as to the full back coverage.
