I take two scoops of this a day. I had a full body, DEXA fit scan, and after eight weeks of taking two scoops of creatine, I put on 8.8 pounds of muscle. Very good quality creatine

Finally - A Supplement I Look Forward to Taking

It checks all the boxes for me - 1.) the flavor is exactly what I would want fruit punch to be - they nailed that one. 2.) The consistency is nice and easy, meaning it took minimal effort to mix and dilute. 3.) There have been no noticed negative side effects. It never bothered my stomach. I have, however, been experiencing a decent pump during times I've used it.
