I really like this shampoo. It smells so nice but the scent is very light. My daughter's hair is so easy to brush through after a bath, and it stays looking smooth and feeling soft after it dries. My one complaint is that the formula is a little thin which causes me to squeeze out more than I need from a bottle that is already pretty small. Overall, I would buy this again. Smells great and lathers well
I received this kid's hair care product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My son has a LOT of hair, and he is also very active. Sports leaves his scalp sweaty and oily, but hair washing has been a constant challenge. I really appreciated that this product is all-in-one, and unlike other all-in-one shampoos, it actually cleaned and left his hair silky soft. It also lathers really well, which is not something I've found with other children's shampoos. An additional perk is that my son has not complained about hair washing at all! He says it smells good and that is a win-win for me. Not My Favorite
I received this shampoo to try for free from the Stellar Panel to try out on my toddler's crazy hair. The bottle is surprisingly small and definitely doesn't go a very long way. It has no scent which was something that I didn't particularly care for as I enjoy shampoos that leaves the hair smelling fresh. It didn't, however, burn or aggravate my toddler's eyes during rinsing so that is a huge plus. Brushing was easy and as tear free as possible which left more time for styling. LOVE! Soft hair, great smell, kid approved!
Recently tried T is for Tame kids' shampoo, and I love it! My son has super thick hair that gets extremely tangled and matted from sports, helmets, and sleeping so I'm constantly trying hair products to keep the snarls away. Main reasons I love this shampoo: 1. it leaves my son's hair so soft that we don't need conditioner = less clutter in our shower and speeds up the process, 2. my son's hair was smooth and tangle-free so no more fighting the brush or refusing detangler spray because we don't need it anymore, 3. the smell is delish but not overpowering, like honey and coconut. Overall, this all-in-one shampoo has definitely made brushing his hair easier. The lather is wonderfully thick which I wasn't expecting considering there are no harsh ingredients and it is vegan, natural, etc. His hair is super soft and shiny, but not greasy or heavy at all. My favorite thing about T is for Tame shampoo is the convenience it offers. It's perfect for busy mornings and quick baths/showers. It leaves my son's hair so soft I don't need other products. Plus knowing it's gentle and natural gives me peace of mind. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I'm so glad to have discovered it. Yummy smelling shampoo!
I received this kid's hair care product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, we really like this shampoo! My 11-year-old daughter has fine hair that tangles easily. After using this for a couple of weeks, her hair seems easier to comb out after a shower or bath (she is still using conditioner after it, though). My 8-year-old son has been using this shampoo alone and his hair seems softer and more manageable. The best thing about it is the scent! It has a sweet vanilla-coconut scent that makes my kids' hair smell sooo good! I am very sensitive to strong scents in personal care products, but I find this one perfectly pleasant and not overpowering. The only drawbacks I can see with this shampoo are that it's not tear-free (could be an issue with younger kids), and it comes in a rather small bottle for the price. I'm also not sure how well it would work on longer hair to detangle without following it up with conditioner. Good shampoo
I received this shampoo free through the Stellar Product Review Panel. It's meant more for baby hair but I tried it on my toddler and big kid who both have wavy hair w/ringlets. The shampoo smelled nice (my 6 year old even commented on how nice it smelled) and it doesn't lather much but I'm used to products that don't lather so not a concern. I don't think I'd use it stand alone without conditioner as it's not "slippy" enough for semi curly ringlets. Having said that, it did help prep the hair to be more easily combed through when I did put conditioner in so that was nice. Also, using this shampoo in conjunction with our regular conditioner seemed to make the final "style" a little less tangly and able to be left down longer than usual (I normally have to braid/tie up my older kid's hair by day 2 after being shampooed). All in all, this is a good product and I'd use it again. Decent detangler, unpleasant fragrance
I received this product to review through the Stellar Testing Program. I'll start off with saying that I love the bottle and how it dispenses. It made it very easy to throw in my pool bag to take with us for our after-swim showers. As far as an all-in-one detangler, it works pretty well. I was definitely able to comb through both of my daughters' hair with a bit more ease than a regular shampoo. However, I did still need to use a detangle spray along with it to get their hair to a comfortable place to brush through without pain. My girls are 3 and 5 years old and have long hair that is pretty full for their ages. It probably would be much more effective on younger babies hair. I also did not love the smell of the shampoo. It has a baby-like fragrance, typical of what you'd think of when you think of popular baby shampoo brands. Amazing shampoo
I received this kid's hair care product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This shampoo smells amazing. I liked that the shampoo is clear and yet an all in one product. You don't need much of the shampoo to get hair clean. My children all have very different texture and lengths of hair. This shampoo was great for every single one of them! It lathers so well and as soon as it starts lathering it seems to begin to work at taming the hair. We can get tangles out easily while washing hair and also when we are done washing a comb runs easily through all types of hair that the shampoo was used on!
