I've had some really bad cramps in the past and recently that Tylenol and ibuprofen didn't really touch, and I don't care for midol, which to me is basically the same. But these relief patches. . oh man they work within minutes and will last for the duration that you wear it. If you have painful cramps, this is for you. So is the 'Pain Relief' patch too. Save your skin!
These patches work well on pain but, taking them off is painful! The first time I tried one I took it off by trying to slowly roll it off and it tore a chunk of my skin off! The next time I tried it, I wet the patch and rolled it off which then left big chunks of sticky glue on my skin and I had to use an alcohol prep pad to get that off!
