    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The patch caused redness and itching after I removed it tried a few times same reaction. Don't what I was expecting but I didn't feel it helped my sleep

    Did help with my anxiety

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did help with my anxiety and helped with my stress levels. The only down side was removing the patch was a bit sticky and adhesive would not come off completely.

    Did not relax me at all.
