    If you have AD(H)D then this is a day time patch. Helps with focus and productivity and gives you a calm feeling. It's amazing at reducing anxiousness especially around the luteal phase! Highly recommend! The only concern I have is the slight skin irritation where the patch was but not very concerning after 4 patches.

    Very Satisfied “Good Patch” Customer

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really appreciating the rest, and relaxation I receive from The Good Patch "Nite, Nite, Dreams and Relax" patches. I have struggled with terrible insomnia, anxiety and now chronic pain. Getting a good night's rest means so much and any relief I can find for my anxiety is also appreciated. I believe the delivery system via "the patch," helps people get the benefits the patches provide. I'm very satisfied.
