    Helpful for sleep

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sleep tabs were useful on my recent trip to Europe, when I was trying to maximize sleep on the plane and adjusting to the new time zone. I'm not sure how effective they really were but I think they helped, and I didn't experience bad side effects aside from minor grogginess.

    No side effects for me

    No more late night overthinking

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had trouble falling asleep, especially when my mind just won't shut off at night. I started using Unisom Sleeptabs occasionally, and they've honestly helped a lot. I don't wake up groggy, and I fall asleep within about 30 minutes of taking one. I like that they're non-habit forming, so I can use them when I really need help without worrying. It's not something I take every night, but on stressful days or when I know I have to get up early, it's become my go-to

    A little groggy in the morning

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The older I get, the harder it is for me to fall asleep. I haven't noticed a major difference in falling asleep, but I do sleep better through the night. I wake up slightly groggy which is expected. I like that the pills are easy to swallow and have a child proof lid

    Easy to swallow pill

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I slept like a baby and felt rested in the morning. I didn't experience any side effects after use. Just be aware if you take this product it could cause you drowsiness, dry mouth, and headaches.

    Fall asleep quickly

    Fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nighttime sleep aid works through a non-habit forming antihistamine to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. It's available OTC and is a good short term solution for sleepless nights. I did not have any success with these but my husband happily reported a good night's rest with no grogginess in the morning.

    Great, non habit forming sleep aid

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unisom SleepTabs are great if you need a gentle, reliable nudge into dreamland. They don't knock me out instantly (which I actually prefer), but within 30-45 minutes, I start to feel relaxed and ready for bed. The tablets are small and easy to take, and one is usually enough to do the trick. I also appreciate that it's non-habit forming and doesn't interfere with my natural sleep rhythm.
