    Effectiveness is good.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness of very good. This put me right to sleep. The packaging is good. It is easy to put anywhere. The value for this is okay. For the amount and effectiveness it's great. The ingredients is okay. I did not have side effects.

    Great sleep aid.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to help me get a restful night of sleep. I took it an hour before I went to bed and happy to say, I did not wake up in the middle of my sleep once! I was able to sleep well throughout the night. The sleep tab is small and very easy to take. Packaging is easy to open too!

    Highly recommended!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recommend these Unisom sleeping tabs. They're great, easy to take, and don't have a bad taste. I have trouble sleeping. I struggle a lot because I'm very sleepy during the day and not at night. But my sleep problems are over because with these pills, I sleep like a princess all night long. I take one pill 30 minutes before bed, and they work quickly, and I sleep very peacefully all night.

    This does the trick but you wake up groggy.

    The sleepy need definitely kept me asleep through the night. The bottle is easy to open so if you have any arthritis or joint issues in your wrist and fingers you don't have to worry. They're small pills easy to swallow and there's no nasty smell.

    Helped me sleep

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a difficult time sleeping so I was looking forward to these tablets. They did help me sleep, but like most sleep aids, they left me feeling drowsy in the morning even after sleeping 9.5 hours. Personally, I would not purchase these.

    Sleep well

    Unisom tablets are a win for me!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find these very helpful on days when I can't get to sleep. I can kind of tell when I'm going to have a hard time going to sleep, so I take a Unisom about 30 minutes before I head to bed. I sleep well and I sleep through the night. You do need to make sure you're able to get a full night's sleep otherwise you might be restless still in the morning. I will always have these on hand for when I need a little extra help getting to sleep.

    Restful sleep

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unisom SleepTabs are effective for helping me fall asleep faster. They work well for occasional sleeplessness and usually help you stay asleep through the night. One tablet is enough, but they can cause drowsiness the next morning for some people, so it's best to take them when you have enough time to rest.
