I needed something that would help her relax a bit at night and her get her own feeling of she is getting sleepy and yes it's time to go to bed and sleep. Great taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is notorious for not being able to fall asleep at night, and his pediatrician recommended that we try using melatonin. We decided to give these a try, and I'm very pleased with the result! He enjoys the taste of the gummy. We give it to him about a half hour before bedtime, and it helps him to relax and feel sleepy. He is able to fall asleep without any argument, and stay sleeping through the night.
