My daughter and I will never go back to synthetic material pads after using pure cotton ones. The always pure cotten were thin and flexable like their other more well known pads but lack the chlorine and other chemical additives that can irritate delicate areas. They do have wings to protect clothes, and come in several size options. My teen daughter uses the larger, overnights more often and finds them to cause less irritation and suffers from far no more skin and female infections like she did on synthetic pads. Great pads
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically don't wear pads but I did get these for nighttime because leaving a tampon in for long hours is a risk for toxic shock syndrome. They were very absorbent and I like that they were unscented so it didn't disturb my lady parts. I like how you can choose how much of a flow you need them for. Comfortable and reliable

Highly absorbent and no leaks

I like the comfort of the pad and the size, it does not bunch up when in use and is flexible. I also like the size of the wings and the stickiness of them so they stay in place. Comfortable!

I think they're very absorbent for my type of flow which is not very heavy. I also like that they don't have scents since scents sometimes can make the pad smell bad.
