Easy to use , and also doesn't even feel like you are wearing one. Fit is perfect . I just wish they had an organic one of this but other than that I love everything about it and how absorbent it is. Ive swore by these since I started my period. As someone who has a very heavy cycle this product was perfect for me and absorbed what I thought it would. It’s ok female pads
